POLICIES Our Fees An emergency fee charged to all clients. This fee includes a thorough physical examination and an assessment by our veterinarian. If additional services are needed, you will be provided with a treatment plan and associated costs. Payment Policy Our emergency doctor will outline a treatment proposal after the initial examination. If your pet’s condition changes after being admitted, we will contact you for authorization of further treatment, except in an extreme emergency. Fees are due at the time of services rendered. We accept cash, checks with Telecheck approval, and honor all major credit cards. As a convenience to our clients, we also offer CareCredit. Please ask one of our team members for more information or you may also apply for CareCredit online prior to your visit at www.carecredit.com. If you are approved online, please be sure to bring two forms of ID and your new CareCredit account number with you. We apologize; we are unable to bill you for services.
